The Bad

• The metal post that screws into the case to clip onto the belt clip keeps popping loose.
• I broke the plastic belt clip clip when sitting down. Total lifetime for clip: 1yr.

The Good

• The case does what it's supposed to do - protect my iPaq. I've had a couple of bad drops without even a system reset.
• When I called for replacement parts (the clip on the web doesn't include the metal post), they offered the post and replacement clips free of charge.
